IPL hair removal uses intense pulsed light to target and gradually destroy hair follicles at the root. The light is absorbed by the melanin in the hair, generating heat that inhibits future regrowth while preserving the surrounding skin.
- Number of sessions required: 6 to 8 sessions on average, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, depending on the hair growth cycle and the area treated.

- Maintenance: 1 to 2 annual sessions may be recommended to maintain results.
